We are traditionally trained, but there’s nothing traditional about our approach. Our process is rigorous but never rigid, efficient but never overwhelming, comfortable and uncomfortable in all the right places. Honestly, the way it should be. We pride ourselves on finding inspiration in unexpected places, taking our work (but never ourselves) seriously, and being true collaborators who recognize that we’ll never know your brand or your business better than you do. We’re two creative spirits who crave order. Intellectuals without the egos. We run a tight ship without ever being precious about the process. And when we say we’re nimble, we really mean it— we’re not bogged down by what should happen or what’s been done in the past. We’re quick witted, quick thinking, and can problem solve like nobody’s business. Mostly though, we’re both big believers in the idea that strategy should be fun, inspiration can come from everywhere, and there’s more than one way to arrive at an answer. The journey is everything.

I’ve worked to channel my passion for competition into problem-solving for brands of all sizes.
I’m a researcher, storyteller and brand builder at heart who's helped clients hit their stride and stand out. I've provided key insight and strategy development for iconic brands like Land O’Lakes, Chipotle, the Mayo Clinic, 3M, Invisalign and USA Swimming.
Most recently, I was a recipient of two Jay Chiat awards for my work on Jackson Hole tourism for best strategic thinking in the industry.
In 2019 I received the 40 under 40 award from Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal.

What does Uniform mean?
When you wear a uniform, you don’t have to reimagine what you’re doing every day. It’s already been defined for you. You stand for something. It is steadfast and unchanging. And that’s the beauty of it.
To us, a strategy shouldn’t be any different. Creative campaigns come and go. Logos are replaced. Taglines are rewritten. Colors get swapped. Products are invented and then reinvented.
